Full-Season Internships
Trinity Repertory Company offers college students and recent college graduates the opportunity to receive intensive professional training in theater production and administration through its internship program. (As these are highly competitive positions, applying early is strongly encouraged).

Internships are unsalaried seasonal full-time positions, and interns are treated as members of the theater staff, with all the same responsibilities and expectations. Trinity Rep provides interns with housing (furnished apartments with basic utilities) as well as a $75/week stipend. There may also be opportunities for interns to earn a small amount of overhire income at the theater.

Throughout the season, Trinity Rep sponsors an informal seminar series for the interns to meet staff members from all departments of the theater. These are opportunities for interns to make valuable contacts and learn more about the diversity of career paths open to them.

Administrative interns (external relations, education, literary, graphic design and theater management) will also be required to complete a certain number of "service hours" per week, which may include working in our box office, in our phone room, being 'on-book' in our rehearsals, working as an usher for our house management staff or sitting at our reception desk among other tasks. These service hours can be completed during the work day, with permission from your supervisor, or in the evenings and weekends.

In addition to these full-season internships, the Education Department at Trinity Rep may offer a limited number of short-term and part-time internships for high school and college students. These are unpaid, but may qualify for course credit.

Trinity Repertory Company is now accepting full-season internship positions for the 2010-2011 season.
