SPECIALTY PROGRAMMING
Playreading Aloud!
High school students are invited to expand their theatrical horizons in the Playreading Aloud program. The group meets every other Wednesday at 3pm to read contemporary plays that they might not otherwise be exposed to until college or beyond. Students meet at the theater to learn about, read, and discuss plays by Tony Kushner, Sarah Ruhl, Neil Simon, Caryl Churchill, Jose Rivera, Christopher Durang, David Mamet, Paula Vogel, Connie Congdon, and many more! Playreading Aloud meets every other Wednesday beginning mid-September 14. For more information email education@trinityrep.com. Free.

In this class, students will learn fundamental dance skills and experience an array of musical theatre performance styles. We will learn existing sequences of classic choreography and create original combinations and routines, delving into the characters and plot lines that inspire dance on stage. Taught by Shura Baryshnikov.
