Full Season Full Page advertisers will also receive 2 free tickets to each production of the 2008-2009 Season. Ticket vouchers must be redeemed within the first week of each production.
The Details Deadlines: Full Remaining Season ads due by Wednesday, January 2, 2008 Individual production ads are due 4 weeks prior to first performance date. Technical Requirements: Art must arrive in digital format – TIFF, PDF, Quark or Pagemaker (Mac – please include all graphics and fonts) or EPS files with type converted to outlines. Artwork should be emailed to mguy@trinityrep.com. Please do NOT label your ad “Trinity”. Name of file and subject line in your email should be YOUR company name and the advertising package purchased (Full Season or Richard III or Some Things Are Private, etc). Advertisers will be billed for production work on ads that don’t meet mechanical requirements. Payment Terms: 50% deposit is due with contract. The balance is due 30 days from contract execution. An interest charge of 12% will be added to all accounts over 30 days. If payments are not received by due date, advertising may be pulled from remaining programs without refunds to the advertiser.
