Steven JobeMusician Previous Trinity Rep Productions Mr. Jobe has performed in numerous previous Trinity Rep Productions. other Mr. Jobe earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Performance in 1982 (Rhode Island College) and a master’s degree in music history in 1984 (Ohio State University). Since then he has been active as a performer and composer in the New England area, collaborating with various local musical, theatrical, and dance ensembles. His opera, Jeanne d’Arc, was produced locally in 1993 and 1997. His most recent production, An Evening of Chamber Music by Steven L. Jobe was performed at the Carriage House Stage this past June. The program featured the premiere of his Concerto for Bassoon with strings, harp and celesta. His most recent work, Happy on Our Sinking Ship, was in collaboration with the Minneapolis-based dance company, Three Dances. Performed at the Carriage House Stage this past May, the production also featured the premiere of his string quartet, Four Movements.
