eugene leeResident Designer Mr. Lee’s recent New York projects include Something You Did at Primary Stages, The Homecoming on Broadway, and Drunk Enough To Say I Love You at the Public Theater. Mr. Lee holds BFAs from The Art Institute of Chicago and Carnegie Mellon University, a MFA from The Yale School of Drama, and honorary PhDs from DePaul University, Rhode Island College, and The Rhode Island School of Design. Awards include: The Tony, The Drama Desk Award, The Outer Critics Circle Award, The Rhode Island Pell Award, The American Theatre Wing’s Design Award, The Lucille Lortel Award, The Theatre LA Ovation Award, The Boston Critics Circle Award, the Rhode Island Governor’s Arts Award, and the Elliott Norton Award. Mr. Lee designs NBC’s Saturday Night Live, and is represented not only on Broadway, but also internationally, by the musical Wicked. He was recently inducted into the Theatre Hall of Fame. He lives in Providence with his wife Brooke and their dog George.
