Last week, Trinity Rep met the $120,000 matching challenge to support the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Starting on Thanksgiving, the Rhode Island Foundation matched the first $60,000 in contributions to Trinity Rep with a grant to the Food Bank. And then Ocean State Job Lot matched the second $60,000 contributed to Trinity Rep with an equivalent donation of food.

We are so grateful for the incredible generosity of the over 1,800 people who helped unlock this match by making gifts to Trinity Rep during this period. While we have achieved this goal, the need of both organizations is still great, and we encourage you to consider supporting both, if you can. Visit www.rifoodbank.org to make a gift to the Food Bank directly.

Our education department put together a wonderful collection of games, activities, and recipes for families to do together. The recipes come right from our staff and artists' favorites!

Though the activities are A Christmas Carol-themed, you don't need to have watched the show yet to participate.

Happy Birthday to our Artistic Director Curt Columbus!

We wish we could throw him an in-person party to celebrate (but without the confetti - that stuff is awful to clean up.)
