Baron E. Pugh

Scenic Designer

A native of Virginia Beach, Baron received his B.A. in theater from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and worked in the D.C. theater community as a scenic and lighting designer and stage manager. He received his MFA in scenic design from Boston University. Baron currently lives in North Attleboro, MA.  Select credits include: Lyric Stage Company of Boston: The Wiz; Boston University: The Hothouse, Ghosts, La Tragédie de Carmen, The Merchant of Venice; Boston Playwrights’ Theatre: Faithless; Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey – Next Stage Ensemble: The Triumph of Love, Romeo and Juliet; The Little Theater of Alexandria: A Streetcar Named Desire; George Mason University: The Marriage of Figaro, The Elephant Man; Dominion Stage: Spring Awakening (scenic and lighting design); Port City Playhouse: Medea (scenic and lighting design).
