Originally from the prairies of North Dakota, Brad is a fundraiser, director, and performer. He has served as a Major Gifts Officer for WITF, the NPR and PBS affiliate for South Central Pennsylvania. He is the founding Artistic Director of True North Theatre, which brings high quality, professional theatre directly to audiences, especially to those with little access to the arts. True North Theatre’s inaugural production of An Iliad performed for diverse audiences throughout the Harrisburg, PA area, including Downtown Daily Bread soup kitchen and Bethesda Mission’s Men Shelter. As Artistic Director and an Ensemble Member of Theatre B in Fargo, North Dakota, Brad directed many acclaimed main stage productions including 33 Variations by Moises Kaufman, Clybourne Park by Bruce Norris, The Pillowman by Martin McDonagh, A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza and others. He lives in Providence with his wife, Sonja, dog, Burk, and a large board game collection.
