- Bacchae. Indhu Rubasingham begins her tenure as the National Theatre’s Artistic Director with Nima Taleghani’s (“Heartstopper”) raucously modern adaptation of Euripides’ tragedy.
- The Weir. Written and directed by Conor McPherson, Brendan Gleeson (The Banshees of Inisherin, In Bruges, Harry Potter) leads the cast.

- Airport Transfers in London: While airfare is not included (see below), travelers will be provided with private car service between Heathrow and our London home at the Clermont Charing Cross Hotel.
NOT INCLUDED
Airfare: Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to London. Please plan to arrive by the evening of Monday, October 13. If you would like to travel with other Trinity Rep travelers, we recommend booking the following daytime flights on British Airways:
- Monday October 13: British Airways Flight 238 (departs Boston-Logan at 7:25 am / arrives London-Heathrow at 6:55 pm)
- Monday October 20: British Airways Flight 213 (departs London-Heathrow 2:40 pm / arrives Boston-Logan 5:10 pm)
For travelers on this flight itinerary, Trinity Rep will provide complimentary group transportation from the theater in Providence to Boston-Logan, and from Boston-Logan back to the theater. Activity Level: Trinity Rep’s London Theater Tour is an enriching and active cultural experience. Participants should be prepared for a moderate level of physical activity throughout the trip. The itinerary includes walking tours, museum visits, and travel by foot to and from theaters, restaurants, and historic sites—often on uneven pavement or cobblestone streets. While there is some scheduled leisure time, most days involve multiple events and performances, some ending late in the evening. Participants should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs when elevators are unavailable. This trip is best suited for travelers in good health who are comfortable with a busy, urban, theater-focused itinerary. If you have mobility concerns or questions about specific accessibility needs, please reach out in advance so we can provide more detailed information.

THE FINE PRINT
Reservations: Reservations will be processed and dated in order of receipt. Space is limited. Reservations strongly encouraged by July 25, 2025 to hold your spot on the tour.
Cancellation Charges/Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing. From deposit to August 19, 2025, the cancellation charge will be 50% of deposit. From August 20, 2025 to departure, no refund. Should you cancel your reservation, but Trinity Rep is able to fill your vacancy up to 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will be given minus a $1,000 cancellation fee. Rates are based on group participation and it is understood and agreed that once the tour has started there will be no refund for unused portions of the tour for any reason.
Group Size: Minimum group size is 18 paid participants. Tour will not operate with fewer people. Maximum tour size is 30 paid participants.
Documents Required: Valid passport for United States citizens; passport must be valid for entire duration of planned stay in United Kingdom. (Note: if you plan to travel beyond the UK, passport must be valid for at least three months after your intended departure date from the EU.) Effective January 8, 2025, US, Canadian, and many non-European passport holders must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter or transit through the UK if they do not possess a valid UK visa. If you previously travelled with just your passport for routine trips, you are no longer able to without an ETA. Travelers must secure their ETA before departure to avoid issues with flight boarding or UK entry. An ETA costs £16 and will last for 2 years or until your passport expires, whichever is sooner. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel.
Not Included: Transportation to and from London. Unless specified, meals and beverages are not included, nor are personal incidentals, such as telephone calls and laundry; and any item not specifically mentioned above. Personal items charged to your room must be settled at check-out time.
Tax-Deductible Donation: This trip is a fundraiser for Trinity Rep and a portion of proceeds will support the theater’s artistic and education programming. The estimated fair market value of goods and services received is $6,150/person for double occupancy and $7,350/person for single occupancy.

Liability: Trinity Repertory Company and Elevated Travel Adventures LLC assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, or other conveyance that may be used wholly or in part in the performance of their duty to travelers; neither will they be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any proprietor, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. Trinity Rep and Elevated Travel Adventures LLC reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any traveler as a member of the tour at any time. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the travelers, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the tour operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the traveler. The sole responsibility of any airline used in the tour is limited to that set out on the traveler contract evidenced by the ticket. Any carrier used is not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time travelers are not aboard their planes or conveyances. Similar responsibilities as noted above apply to all carriers.
