Subscribers may exchange tickets for free to another performance within the run of that show. Please note that an upgrade charge to a more expensive seat or performance will still apply.

Print at home/digital tickets sent via email for the old performance will no longer be valid and should be deleted. You will receive new tickets via email.

5-Play Subscription Refund Policy: Patrons can receive a full refund ahead of attending their first performance. Subscriptions are non-refundable, partial or full, following the first scheduled performance in your package.

Physical tickets received in the mail or at-will call should be returned to the ticket office or destroyed. New tickets will be sent in the mail, held at will call, or sent via email.

A NOTE ABOUT COVID-RELATED EXCHANGES: If on the day of the performance you are experiencing any COVID symptoms or have been instructed to quarantine, please stay home and contact the ticket office for more information about exchanges or digital viewing options.
