As a subscriber you have access to unlimited ticket exchanges. You may request an exchange of your performance dates by calling (401) 351-4242 or by submitting this online form at least 48 hours prior to your original performance date or the new date, whichever comes first.
Exchanges can only be processed for a different performance of the same production. There is no exchange fee for subscribers, but if a more expensive date or seating area is selected, an upgrade charge will be applied. See the ticket exchange guidelines.
Print at home/digital tickets sent via email for the old performance will no longer be valid and should be deleted. You will receive new tickets via email.
Physical tickets received in the mail or at the Will Call should be returned to the ticket office. They can be returned in person or by mail, or by providing proof that the tickets have been destroyed by fax, (401) 831-1612 or email, email@example.com. New tickets will then be sent.
Submitting this form does not guarantee your exchange. You will receive a phone or e-mail message to confirm the exchange within 48 hours. If you do not hear from us, please call (401) 351-4242.
This form will be available after subscriber tickets have been distributed by the box office this summer.
