Kelly McDonald started working with Trinity Rep in 2006, and currently works two different jobs here. During the day, she is the receptionist and on nights and weekends, she works as a house manager. As a receptionist, she gets to greet people in our beautiful lobby, and she loves to tell people who have never been here, the history of the building. As a house manager, she works with the patron services staff to make sure everything runs smooth during each performance. Kelly makes sure that every patron attending a performance has great customer service and an overall great experience when they come to see a show.
Previously, Kelly worked for the State of Rhode Island for 30 years, most of it in customer service. She worked for 15 years in the State Office of Vital Records as the Birth Registration Manager, helping to implement a paperless birth record system for new births.
