He is currently a Resident Director at New Repertory Theatre in Watertown, MA, overseeing artistic programming and new play development. Michael is very active in developing new plays, having worked on over 100 new plays throughout the United States, including works from first time playwrights to Pulitzer Prize finalists and Tony winners. Michael’s work in theatre was recognized and honored by the California State Assembly and Senate.
