General Manager (or Director of Finance and Operations):
Trinity Repertory Company, the Tony Award-winning State Theater of Rhode Island, seeks an experienced General Manager (or Director of Finance and Operations) to lead its administrative, finance and operations functions, including accounting, financial management, facilities, human resources and information technology. As an integral member of the senior leadership team reporting to the Executive Director, this position oversees a full-time staff of eight. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills; be skilled in accounting, finance and human resources; demonstrate a track record of successful financial management; have the proven ability to prioritize and manage projects and deadlines effectively; and exhibit strong administrative and organizational skills. Box Office Manager:
Trinity Repertory Company, the Tony Award-winning State Theater of Rhode Island, seeks an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee box office operations, ensure excellent customer service, and administer the ticketing database for this $9 million non-profit organization. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff; serving as the lead user of the customer ticketing database (currently Audience View); overseeing the subscription renewal process; reporting and list creation; managing limited outbound direct sales programs; and ensuring high levels of customer service and accuracy. Minimum requirements include: three to five years of experience in customer service and one to three years of supervisory experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong administrative and organizational skills. Sound Technician:  
TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY (LORT C & D) is looking for a sound technician for the 2017-2018 season.  This position assists the Sound Engineer with operation and installation of sound systems in a high paced environment involving two theater spaces. Applicant should possess some professional experience, and should have the ability to work well both independently and while overseeing other staff members. Applicants must be able to work at heights and have the ability to lift 50 lbs.  Experience in Qlab, rigging and soldering are required.  This position includes a competitive salary and benefits package.  Position begins Mid-August.  Seasonal full-time position. Light Board Operator: 
TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY, a LORT theatre with C and D spaces, is seeking a Light Board Operator for the 2017-2018 season. Responsibilities include: hanging and focusing, programming and running shows, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other duties as directed by the Master Electrician. Auditions

Trinity Rep is not currently holding any non-union auditions.
There are no auditions to join the resident acting company.


Internships

Trinity Rep offers recent college graduates intensive professional training through our volunteer internship program. Interns are an integral part of our theater company and serve alongside our staff in artistic, administrative, and production departments.

Play Submissions


How do I submit my play to your theater?
Trinity Rep is committed to the development and production of new theater works. Each season, we seek to produce at least one premiere production, as well as readings and workshops of plays in development. Our Mabel T. Woolley Literary Department reads and reviews hundreds of scripts, looking for new plays which support our aesthetic vision and our resident acting company.

To submit a play, please have your agent contact us at the address listed below. Unsolicited scripts from playwrights without representation are not accepted.
