Trinity Rep is updating our COVID-19 safety protocol as new data and guidance from the CDC and Rhode Island Department of Health becomes available. By signing here, you are agreeing to be compliant with Trinity Rep’s COVID-19 safety protocol and procedures for the student matinee dates. If your school is unable to comply, you must cancel your order at least 60 days prior to the performance, or within 10 days of the theater announcing a change to its safety protocol, whichever is later. The audience policies regarding COVID-19 apply to all Project Discovery student matinees. Masks must be worn over the nose and mouth while inside Trinity Rep. If your school has already purchased tickets to an in-person performance and is unable to comply with this policy, contact tickets@trinityrep.com to arrange for cancellation. STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASER agrees to the seating request and price indicated above. A deposit of 50% of your total purchase price will be due 60 days prior to the date of the performance. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the performance. If balance is not paid on the due date, ALL SEATS WILL BE RELEASED, and any monies paid will be retained by TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY (TRINITY REP).

a.) Cancellation or reduction of ordered seats greater than 30% of total order will only be permitted prior to 60 days of the scheduled performance and must be received in writing. Reduction of an order UP TO 30% of total number of seats will only be permitted 30 days prior to the scheduled performance and must be received in writing. Any cancellations or changes for any reason received after this time will not be honored and the PURCHASER will be responsible for 100% of the amount due. TRINITY REP reserves the right to adjust payment deadlines in the future for PURCHASERS who violate these terms.

b.) FIRST: All sales are final. Upon final payment on the performance date, cancellations or alterations to the contract will not be accepted.

SECOND: Seating shall be subject to availability and determined by TRINITY REP at its sole discretion.

THIRD: TRINITY REP reserves the right to revoke the PURCHASER’S seats due to any audience member’s behavior, disturbance, or willful disregard of instructions during the performance, in which case the PURCHASER shall not receive any refund.

FOURTH: REFUND POLICY for Project Discovery performances is as follows:

i. If Trinity Rep cancels a performance monetary refunds are available to the PURCHASER.

ii. If school is cancelled on the day of the PURCHASER’s scheduled attendance, TRINITY REP will allow the PURCHASER to reschedule into any available, future Project Discovery performance. A monetary refund may be given to PURCHASER as a result of a school cancellation if no rescheduling is possible.

FIFTH: TRINITY REP PURCHASER shall indemnify and hold harmless TRINITY REP from any and all claims and disputes resulting from the content of the performance designated herein. It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER to familiarize themselves with the content of the production and the subject matter.

SIXTH: Trinity Rep reserves the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, video-tapes, and sound recordings of your students in the theater for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the educational activities at Trinity Rep, unless otherwise specifically requested by the PURCHASER.

SEVENTH: This agreement shall obligate TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY but not any Trustee or Officer thereof.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS PURCHASER IS ENTERING INTO CONTRACT WITH TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY.
