UPDATED POLICY–PLEASE READ

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASER agrees to the seating request and price indicated above. A deposit of 50% of your total purchase price will be due 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior to the date of the performance. The remaining balance will be due 14 days (about 2 weeks) before the performance. If the full sum is not received by the specified date, Trinity Rep reserves the right to offer the previously reserved seats to another group on the waitlist. If the balance is not paid on the due date, ALL SEATS WILL BE RELEASED, and any monies paid will be retained by TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY (TRINITY REP). TRINITY REP does not provide transportation to and from Project Discovery Performances.

a.) Cancellation or reduction of ordered seats greater than 30% of total order will only be permitted prior to 60 days (about 2 months) of the scheduled performance and must be received in writing. Reduction of an order UP TO 30% of the total number of seats will only be permitted 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior to the scheduled performance and must be received in writing. Any cancellations or changes for any reason received after this time will not be honored and the PURCHASER will be responsible for 100% of the amount due. TRINITY REP reserves the right to adjust payment deadlines in the future for PURCHASERS who violate these terms.

b.) FIRST: All sales are final. Upon final payment on the performance date, cancellations or alterations to the contract will not be accepted.

SECOND: Seating shall be subject to availability and determined by TRINITY REP at its sole discretion.

THIRD: TRINITY REP reserves the right to revoke the PURCHASER’S seats due to any audience member’s behavior, disturbance, or willful disregard of instructions during the performance, in which case the PURCHASER shall not receive any refund.

FOURTH: Groups will be required to pay for the full amount of their order, not just for the number of students who show up on the day of the performance.

FIFTH: REFUND POLICY for Project Discovery performances is as follows:

i. If Trinity Rep cancels a performance, monetary refunds are available to the PURCHASER.

ii. If school is cancelled on the day of the PURCHASER’s scheduled attendance, TRINITY REP will allow the PURCHASER to reschedule for any available, future Project Discovery performance. A monetary refund may be given to PURCHASER due to a school cancellation if no rescheduling is possible.

iii. If a school cancels their reservation within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of the performance, TRINITY REP reserves the right to keep the full payment of their reservation.

SIXTH: TRINITY REP PURCHASER shall indemnify and hold TRINITY REP harmless from all claims and disputes resulting from the content of the performance designated herein. It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER to familiarize themselves with the content of the production and the subject matter.

SEVENTH: Trinity Rep reserves the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, videotapes, and sound recordings of your students in the theater for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the educational activities at Trinity Rep, unless otherwise specifically requested by the PURCHASER.

EIGTH: This agreement shall obligate TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY but not any Trustee or Officer thereof.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, THE PURCHASER IS ENTERING INTO CONTRACT WITH TRINITY REPERTORY COMPANY.
